The MEDOC Claims Assistance Centre is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer your claims questions, and provide help if you have a medical emergency or wish to claim for trip cancellation, interruption and delay. In the event of an emergency, you must call the MEDOC Claims Assistance Centre as soon as medically possible.
The MEDOC Claims Assistance Centre provides a full range of valuable services to help you when you travel. Review the policy/certificate for further details.

After you enroll, you will receive by mail:

Once insured you will have access to all your coverage information through our 'Members Only Website', a convenient and completely private environment. A confidential User ID and password will either be provided or can be obtained by contacting Johnson Inc.
The Members Only Website has been designed with strict security standards and is as secure as that of any bank or other financial institution.
Your internet browser must support 128-bit encryption (scrambling). If it does not, you will be able to download a version that does from the website.
